The table
Twenty-five chefs from Israel and France. Full board with beverages, Kiddush, a lobby bar from 11:00 to 23:00 and a daily sweet hour. Without kitniyot, Shmura Matzah throughout.

The Sedarim
Communal Sedarim, or a private family Seder on request. At Nana Princess, the festive meals are signed by Michelin-starred chefs, to be announced.

Ashkenazi and Sephardi minyanim led by renowned chazzanim, daily shiurim, lectures and Daf Yomi. An English-speaking Rav will be announced.
Chol Hamoed evenings
Live on stage, with Aharele Nahshoni and DJ Naor. More artists to be announced.

Knossos, Spinalonga, the Venetian harbour of Heraklion, sailing, diving and cycling. Each excursion day comes with a Glatt Kosher lunch box.
